SETTING UP EMAIL RULES

Block junk mail using rules in your webmail

Sign in to your webmail Find the tools button and select rules from the drop-down
Click Add
Click Add again
Select from the drop-downs either "from", "message header" or whatever applies to the kind of junk you want to block.
Select form the "Actions" tab the items that will move the junk mail to the junk folder Select OK You can block mail from specific people, companies or you can select keywords like Russian, Viagra, naked, nudes etc.
